Dimad and Dinama organized an 8-hour’s workshop to improve the user experience of people with mental disabilities while they are in their spare time.
We first described the people and named it. Then we made an empathy map and developed a Customer Journey Map in order to recognize the strongest and weakest points of the experience.
Later on, we thought about solving these problems to make the experience more pleasurable for all.
It was a very interesting journey approaching people with disabilities and contributing to solve their problems.
